What to include
- Sizing. Your usual UK shoe size and, for Athena tall boots or Hera country boots, your calf measurement in centimetres. The size guide shows how to measure. UK 6 is EU 39 and UK 7 is EU 41; there is no EU 40 in the range.
- An order. The order number from your confirmation email.
- A return. The order number, the item, and whether you want a refund or a different size.
- A Hera warranty claim. The order number or proof of purchase, photos of the problem, and how long the boots have been in use.
