Every order is picked, boxed and posted by the family-run team behind Just Horse Riders, the Lancashire retailer whose own brand this is. We design the range and sell it direct, so your boots go from our shelves to your door with nobody in between.

Which orders qualify on their own? Athena tall boots for adults (£59.95), Atlas zip-front yard boots (£59.95) and Hera country boots (£89.95) each cost more than £50, so one pair on its own gets free delivery. Gaia jodhpur boots (£29.95 adults, £26.95 children), Gaia Zipped jodhpur boots (£34.95), Athena tall boots for children (£49.95) and Aiya riding tights (£24.95 to £29.95) cost less than £50 on their own, so you need a second item to reach free delivery. Despatch times and carriers
Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order before 4pm on a working day and we send it the same day, for delivery the next working day. All Englander Equestrian stock is kept at our warehouse, so no order waits for a supplier. When your order ships you get an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. On Saturdays, orders placed before 11am are sent the same day.
Where orders are sent from
Lancaster Farm, Burned House Lane, Preesall, Lancashire, FY6 0PQ. This is our warehouse and trading address. The registered office of Just Horse Riders Limited is in Manchester and is given in the legal notice. It is a legal address only, so please do not send parcels there.
How your order is packed
Boots come in the Englander Equestrian box, wrapped in tissue paper printed with the logo, with a swing tag attached. A size and barcode sticker sits in a printed window on the front of the box. The back of the tag carries care hints, including a reminder that the insoles come out for drying.
Northern Ireland, islands and overseas
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, at the same prices. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and other remote areas may take an extra day or two. We do not currently deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
If something goes wrong
- Not arrived. Check any tracking first, then email hello@englanderequestrian.co.uk with your order number. We chase the carrier for you.
- Damaged in transit. Keep the packaging, take photos and contact us. We arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Wrong size. You have 90 days to return it; see returns and warranty. The size guide lists the UK and EU pairs for every boot. UK 6 is EU 39 and UK 7 is EU 41; there is no EU 40 in the range.

Orders from justhorseriders.co.uk are packed in the same warehouse by the same team. Orders from the Just Horse Riders storefront on Amazon or the Just Horse Riders store on eBay are delivered under those platforms' own terms. See where to buy.
